Rec Direct - No replacement parts or service available for sauna purchase 3 years old
Infrared sauna purchased from rec direct stopped working, no power.I looked online and found service number as store I bought from had closed.
I called and was advised that unit had one year warranty, they did not support the unit anymore and had no replacement parts. I told them they still were available for purchase online? I asked if they had any repair contractors in Atlanta area and was advised no, I asked name of manufacturer and was advised they got them from China and had no contact information .
Bottom line is I bought a sauna that cannot be repaired.Not sure why they still market and still sell a product they cannot support.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1800.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I liked: Purchase and delivery okay.
I didn't like: Ability to have product repaired and get replacement parts.
